Congratulations guys….keep it up.
it is a win and a narrow one so we should take this experience forward to finish the closed ones in future in our side. CONGRATULATIONS and best of luck for the upcoming ACCT20 cup.
Congrats HAMRA PARAKRAMI YODDAHARU……
Losing two and winning one against those teams comprising Ranji Trophy players is a good result considering the fewer number of competitive matches our senior team plays in a year. Let me tell you, these Ranji Players are really good enough to be playing at the highest level due to the grind they go through even to make it up to this club and district level. So, even a hard-fought victory against these sides is something one should be proud of. Any way, our boys have to quickly adapt to this newly adopted 20-Twenty Format game. As it is 20-Twenty format is a batsman’s game, the sooner our top line batsmen realise the importance of scoring quickly and heavily the better will it be for the team’s cause. The batsmen need to bat with gay abandon and start hitting big boundaries right from the word go. I am surprise to see why Mehboob Alam has not been able to show his talent in this format which suits to his game style…The others should also understand the need to score off quickly. Also, the bowlers will have to maintain a good line and length and bowl to a planned fielding set-up, though with the improvisation of batters executing their shots; the bowlers have been at the receiving end. So, this fact also is a pointer to the batsmen that all in all it is a Batsmen’s game, to say the least.
Having won this game, the boys should take this win as a morale-booster and continue this winning streak in UAE. Once again, let me reiterate winning and losing is a part and parcel of every competitive game. However, even if one loses the game, the victory for the opponent should not be presented on a silver platter. The winning opponent should feel the competitiveness and never-die attitude of the loser. One should not give up at any stage of the game. So, inculcate this mantra and who knows it may start working wonders for the team.
Best of luck for the real challenge awaiting eagerly at the UAE venues.
keep it up guys no matter how you guys win. best of luck for rest of tour and come on and rock the world with bat and ball. WIN IS WIN NOTHING MORE THAN THAT
