It is not good to avoid it or not to be participated in that game because if our team participated then it will be just like a good practice session for our team before the Division IV. As we know the test playing countries Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangaladesh are already conform about their participation but looking suckingCAN's diplomacy it seems our team is missing the golden opportunity to play with those teams.
