1) farewell for Dias and appointment of new coach who can give batting skill with passion and agression
2) exclusion of some irresponsible player like shakti, mehboob , binod and sharad from national team
4) give oppertunity for new talents like naresh budayer, aairee……
3)focus more on upcoming cricket and organize more practice match against neighboring country’s local club
What the hell you talking ? Are you out of your mind . If you change these players and bring on those new lads from the domestic cricket side then you have to wait more years for nepal ,s bright future in cricket . Countries like USA and ITALY are far behind better than us considering on facilities ,training system and they can rely on this game as their life career . But despite of that Nepal beat italy and in USA match its simple as whoever bat first that team ll win . USA knows that Nepal is the only team who have a classic organized bowling attack . I am really satisfied with our team in bowling department . Why our batsman are not up to their potential level ? Its all due to the ASTRO TURF because almost 80% team players have been playing in natural turf for years after joining to national side and our recent domestic tournaments had been played mostly in Tribhuvan University. This is why some of our key batsman failed . But its still good that we are in divison 4 . To make a strong team first do not change the team players for couple of years . Support them and try to boost each of our players confidence . Now, we should all look forward and try to organize tour match with our neighbouring countries domestic clubs ,if possible national team would be better so as to collect more confidence and experience . If you bring new players ..it will take more time for the players to face international matches experience but these present team members already have such experience . So brothers stay calm and lets support our team for the future.

Yes, the Nepalese batsmen let us down with spineless batting performance, barring captain Paras Khadka and Vice-captain Gyanendra Malla. The other batsmen like Sarad Vesawkar, Shakti Gauchan, Anil Mandal, Mahesh Chhetri and others should have chipped in with valuable contributions rather meekly succumbing to the USA bowlers. Reading scorecard that Shakti made only 1 run of 35 balls faced truly gives the picture of tremendous psychological pressure he was going through the match. In this match, the batsmen should have applied basics and played with a positive approach like Paras and Gyanendra which would have achieved the target. Rather, it seems our batsmen were unduly under pressure from which they could not extricate themselves. Our batsmen should have learnt how Nadkarni single handedly changed the complexion of the game with his fighting unbeaten half century. We have seen every now and then this one bloke, Nadkarni has always relished Nepali bowling. Any way, Nepal must win their last encounter against Cayman Islands to avoid going into relegation.
And as far as qualification for 2015 World Cup is not yet diminished. There is one more opportunity wherein Nepal will have to be finalists in Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division-3 2013. According to the format of World Cup League, the 2 finalists of Pepsi ICC WCL DIVISION-III 2013 will join along with 4 teams of ICC WCL DIVISION-II 2011 and 6 teams of ICC WCL Qualifier 2009 (Deemed as ICC WCL DIVISION-I) to make it 12 teams for ICC WORLD CUP QUALIFIER 2013. The top 6 teams of ICC WORLD CUP QUALIFIER 2013 will gain temporary One-Day status until next round of WORLD CUP QUALIFIER whereas the 4 teams will qualify for ICC WORLD CUP 2015 in AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND. So, Nepal cricket aficionados, we still have a chance but to make it, Nepal will have to beat Cayman Islands today and hope it does not go into relegation.
MAIN REASONS FOR NEPAL LOOSING AGAINST USA:
1. The batting order that had clicked against Argentina should not have been changed. Bringing gauchan at no 3 was a stupid decision. Airee should have been continued at no 3. Gauchan playing 35 balls and scoring just 1 run created pressure on the whole team
2. We knew batting is our weakness. Bringing Das in place of Alam was another big mistake. We saw alam was taking wickets in each game and he was the match finisher against the game with Italy. So having Alam in the team would have given some strength to weak batting order. We all know Alam is big hitter. Das who was inplace of Alam did could not contribute to the team.
3. Balling the last over by paras was another poor decision. He was not in good form of balling that day. He had other ballers with good economy rate and performance. They should have ben used. That last over turned out to be very crucial as paras was hit for fours and six. Runs over 200 in the scoreboard created huge psychological pressure to Nepali bats men.
